Транспортирование неструктурированной TDM или структурированной TDM, когда структура полностью игнорируется транспортным механизмом. При транспортировании без учета структуры обеспечивается передача точной последовательности данных и любого структурного заголовка, который может присутствовать. Инкапсуляция не обеспечивает механизмов для обнаружения или использования FA. (МСЭ-Т Y.1413).
